My absolute faaaaavorite way to exercise is YOGA! You can ask 100 different people their opinion on yoga and get 100 different responses. Every yoga class is different and you will gain unique experiences in each. Anyone who practices yoga on a regular basis knows that it isn’t just something you do, it’s a way of life. To me, it’s relaxing, meditative, usually somewhat strenuous and always gives me positive energy. Another reason I love it so much is because even when I don’t have the time to attend a class, there is always on demand programs available on TV!
My absolute FAVORITE brand of yoga clothing to wear is Alo Yoga. They have fashion forward, high performance, maximum quality clothing that will last you forever! Alo Yoga is based out of Los Angeles which is pretty much the yoga capital of the country so they cater to the most commited yogis (and the rest of us too of course!) I have their Airbrushed Capris and I’ve been wearing them constantly! They are super comfortable, very flexible and flattering, and don’t ever show signs of sweat (TMI – I’m sorry)…yikes!
I also have the Goddess Ribbed Leggings, and I can vouch for their claims, they DO lift your booty, slim your legs and flatten your stomach! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Does it get any better than that!? For those reasons alone they are worth every penny! I got a size Medium in both pairs which is what I normally wear, so they are true to size. The color I have is spectrum/stormy heather and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on them! I’ve had numerous pairs of yoga pants & leggings that have ripped, faded, or have got ruined within a few washes, not the case with these. They are really high quality and will last you a reeeeeally long time even if you wear them on a daily basis! If you invest in good quality products you will rarely have to replace them. For all my yogi friends out there, check out Alo Yoga, they have everything from pants, shorts, tops, sports bras, outerwear, and accessories to name a few things.
