I live with the biggest marshmallow junkie alive, my two year old son is OBSESSED with them! Ever since I became a mom I’ve started to read the ingredients on food packaging more and just overall be more aware of what I’m eating not only for myself but for my son. Luckily he is not a picky eater and eats ANYTHING I give him. So it’s very easy for me to feed him healthy, nutritious foods with little to no complaints at all. I’m always looking for new snacks that I know he will enjoy and contain the best ingredients possible.
Then I found Malvi! They are marshmallows sandwiched between two shortbread style cookies, made from organic chocolate, whole vanilla beans, organic flour, and rBST butter. There are no artificial preservatives or colorings so what you’re looking at is the real deal, no junk added! The bright pink color in the raspberry hibiscus flavor is actually from the raspberries! They’re made in small batches using top quality ingredients to create the perfect sweet treat! They offer a variety of flavors and are always searching for new ingredient combinations to create more unique flavors! The flavors are bold, pure and just plain delicious!
And of course, my little marshmallow addict loved them! 🙂 His favorite was vanilla salted caramel, mine was raspberry hibiscus. Our favorite way to eat them is to heat them up for a few seconds in the microwave, they were soft, warm and the perfect consistency! Now that it’s
warm hot out (it’s 80+ degrees here in N.J. today) these would be perfect wrapped up in foil and warmed up on the grill. They are similar to a traditional s’more, but you have more flavor options and they taste waaaay better! After trying these you won’t ever look at store brand marshmallows the same!
The owners at Malvi are so generous they’re offering a 10% discount with the code: SBYMLV14 🙂 And the best part is, you have all year to use it! Expires 12/31/14.
