This is my rendition of a similar recipe found directly on Jack From Brooklyn’s site, it’s refreshing, sweet and perfect for summer! Sorel is hand-crafted in small batches using a combination of Moroccan hibiscus, Brazilian cloves, Nigerian ginger, Indonesian nutmeg and cassia (cinnamon), pure cane sugar and 100% organic grain alcohol. The ingredients balance so well and create an exotic, authentic Caribbean flavor. I love Sorel because it’s sweet enough to drink on its own and can also be mixed with so many different things to create really delicious, interesting cocktails. It’s perfect all year around and definitely a must have addition to any liqueur cabinet. 🙂
