Life is always throwing us surprises, the good, the bad and the in-between. As a mom of an almost 3 year old I will do just about anything to maintain my sanity. My favorite way to do so is to practice yoga. It is meditative, strenuous and always gives me positive energy. Not only do I get some much needed exercise, but it calms me and grounds me.
