Father’s day is only two weeks away & I’ve put together the ultimate list of gift ideas for any dad of all ages. I searched for the best quality and most versatile product, and found the Round Ceramic Chef stone on Crate & Barrel’s website. Both shape stones can be used for grilling (or cooking) meats, vegetables, pizza, ANYTHING! Within the first week of giving him this he used it 4 times, twice for pizza, and again for grilling chicken & steak. The ribbed side is best for meats, poultry or fish, the flat side for pizza, flatbreads or even cookies. These can be used to create desserts, compliment cheese, or even added to any meal to enhance the flavor and create a delicious main course. Quality is key.. all natural ingredients, no preservatives, made in small batches. My favorite: the mango pineapple chutney. I used it to recreate (with a few modifications) a Rachael Ray chicken salad recipe I found a few weeks ago. The flavors balanced so well from sweet to savory and it tasted SO good!
