New Pixi Beauty Vitamin-C Skincare Collection

One of the things Pixi Beauty does best is make quality skincare products that are accessible and affordable for everyone. They generously sent over their latest and greatest; the Vitamin-C Collection and I could tell within the first few uses just how good these products actually are.

[ step 1 • Cleanser ] ::: I LOVE the convenience of a cleansing water. This one contains ferulic acid and probiotics to protect skin. It’s gentle enough to use both morning & night and doesn’t need to be rinsed off.

[ step 2 • Tonic ] ::: The newest addition to the best-selling Pixi Glow Tonic Collection. This works great for ensuring any makeup/buildup is completely gone and your skin is ready for serum & moisturizers. It contains willow bark & fruit extracts to gently exfoliate and is alcohol free. The original Pixi Glow Tonic is my all time favorite of theirs and this one just replaced it. 🙂

[ step 3 • Serum ] ::: Never underestimate the power of a good serum! The Vitamin C and ferulic acid in this help reduce the effects of sun damage while improving skin tone.

[ step 4 • Lotion ] ::: Brightening, promotes collagen production and is ideal for all skin types. I love using this morning & night. Most days I totally skip a primer and use this in place, it hydrates skin without leaving behind a greasy/heavy feeling and preps it for a smooth makeup application.

[ step 5 • Caviar Balm ] ::: If you’re feeling a little extra and feel like incorporating an additional product, this balm is packed with antioxidants and works well as a leave on night mask giving you the additional benefits of collagen production. I don’t use it every night but love how smooth my skin feels on mornings after I do.

All together, I think this was a great launch. I love Vitamin-C in skincare and welcome anything that promises a brighter complexion and helps collagen production. It smells like fresh lemons and it so refreshing to use on a hot summer night.
