Matcha Latte Recipe


1tsp Matcha
3tsps hot water (not boiling)
1-2tsp honey
1C milk (I like 2%)


-Whisk the matcha & hot water together until matcha is completely dissolved
-Add honey (or sweetener) and stir
-Heat milk until hot (about a minute and a half if using microwave)
-Whisk milk vigorously for about 30 seconds until foam appears
-Add matcha mixture and milk to a glass
-Top with the milk foam, dust lightly with matcha powder
