Who else feels like they haven’t left their house in months yet still feels the urge to wear makeup daily?! It sounds funny but I swear I feel so much more productive on days I wake up, shower, get dressed & put on makeup and just fully get ready for the day. It makes the days feel more “normal” and it makes me feel better so it’s totally a win-win. While I haven’t gone crazy trying out a ton of new makeup these days, I have found a handful of things that are 1000% worth talking about..
Firstly, the Kosas Revealer Concealer…. wow. This comes with 6mL of product and has the creamiest consistency and comes in a range of 16 shades from porcelain to ultra deep dark. One of the things I love most about Kosas is that their makeup contains such good skin-loving ingredients. This is packed with key ingredients like caffeine to brighten your under eyes, arnica to calm & soothe, peptides to plump and hyaluronic acid to hydrate.
This is the concealer I’ve been waiting for. Nothing I’ve tried in the past compares. No exaggeration. I chose the shade 4 as that’s the same shade I use in their foundation and love the color match up and amazing coverage this offers. I prefer medium coverage makeup and the tiniest amount of this is needed to give really good coverage, and if you prefer heavier coverage, a full swipe of this will give you all of that and then some. On days I want to wear makeup just to even out my skin but don’t feel like putting on a full face of makeup, I use the Tula Skin Blurring Primer (more info on this to follow – I’m obsessed) and just a touch of this concealer under my eyes and as a spot treatment.. it’s such a beautiful finish and my skin looks so smooth & clear.
Kosas latest release is The Sun Show Bronzer and I have been using this non-stop. It’s literally one of the easiest bronzers to use ever. I have it in the shade light and find it impossible to over do it when applying this. It’s a talc & silicone-free powder that contains Shea butter to soothe and soften and meadow foam oil to moisturize and plump. It contains a slight shimmer that leaves your skin glowing & naturally bronzed. It’s a very soft, light formula and builds up so well without emphasizing any texture.
I’m a huge huge fan of Kosas and am obsessed with both of these products! Their products truly are “makeup for skincare junkies”!
