I spend more time than I care to admit searching Amazon for the latest & greatest finds. I love the convenience, that they offer literally anything and everything you could possibly ever want and that many of the listings are from small businesses. Listed below are my top 10 Amazon home favorites from March & April.
Wovenbyrd • Modern Square Pouf Ottoman :: The gray striped fabric is both contemporary & timeless and adds such a modern feel wherever it’s placed. It’s designed with a solid foam core and will hold its shape over time. I have it set next to my fireplace in my living room for extra seating and the fabric coordinates with pillows on my couch so it all pulls together well! It’s lightweight and easy to move around yet sturdy enough to sit on and comes in several trendy fabric options. I highly recommend this pouf!
Schmidt Brothers • Bonded Ash 7 Piece Knife Set :: Made from high carbon German stainless steel and sustainably sourced Ash Pakkawood. This set contains a bread knife, slicer knife, chef knife, double edge utility knife, santoku knife, pairing knife and a magnetic knife block. I’ve wanted a knife set for years but hadn’t found one I loved and wanted to display on my countertops until this. It’s high quality, the knives have a comfortable grip and has everything I use & need on a regular basis when it comes to meal prep. Worth the splurge if you’re looking for a solid set that is both functional and beautiful.
The Glamorous Goat • Mohair Wool Throw Blanket :: Ethically sourced Angora goat mohair & wool, this blanket is so soft and adds such an elevated & sophisticated feel draped over a chair or sofa. I chose the Dungarvon Gray color and love the gradient from light to dark gray. This blanket + a cup of tea and a book are my idea of self-care.
Mopio • Brooklyn Mid-Century Modern Dresser :: Great as a small dresser or nightstand if you have a big enough space. The fluted panel design adds a stylish, modern vibe. This dresser is sturdy, compact yet holds plenty for it’s size. It comes in two colors, I chose the Natural Walnut, it’s a mid-tone warm wood that looks great styled in a contemporary bedroom. Amarcado • Ceramic Match Holder with Striker (set of 2) :: I came across these while browsing coffee table decor and thought they were so cute and functional. They include a hidden striker sticker on the bottom of each and come with 10 extra stickers to replace as they wear out over time. I plan to buy solid black matches to store in them.
Glimpse & Hollow • Marble Chain Link Decor :: Another great coffee table find! This 8” white Banswara marble chain looks great styled on an entryway table, on bookshelves or my favorite, layered on top of books on a coffee table. I love adding marble in subtle, unexpected places.
Jim Marshall: Show Me the Picture & Masa books :: I can’t write an Amazon post without including books. Known for his iconic photography of rock ‘n’ roll stars, Jim Marshall: Show Me the Picture showcases hundreds of photos of 1960’s & 1970’s culture. In addition to tons of great historical photos, this book looks edgy and cool displayed on a coffee table (major bonus points). Masa: Techniques, Recipes, and Reflections on a Timeless Staple is a go-to guide on how to create and perfect authentic, high quality masa from scratch that help will step up your taco game, guaranteed. It’s filled with tons of dinner inspiration and a range of delicious recipes.
Iris Hantverk • Desktop Table Dustpan and Brush Set :: The compact, tiny size of this brush set make it ideal for tidying up kitchens, desks or tables without having to bring out a heavy vacuum. I wanted something simple for cleaning up crumbs on our kitchen island & table and this fit the bill. It’s super small and easy to store and always gets the job done.
Baloo • Weighted Comforter :: Weighted with glass microbeads, this molds to your body and offers such a calming, serene sleeping experience. It’s made from natural & chemical-free materials that are breathable, durable and ideal year round no matter the climate or temperature. The beads are strategically placed in the center to avoid bunching and pooling and this comfortable is machine washable which is a huge plus! I love how cooling & comforting this is. Great addition to a cozy, layered bed.
Grace Homewares • Olive Oil Dispenser Bottle :: Something I don’t go a day without using, this ceramic olive oil bottle. I love the warm gray color and that it was designed to be drip free with a controlled pour. It protects your oil from light and can hold over 16 ounces. This is a major upgrade from the last EVOO dispenser I had that was almost twice the price.
