Alcone + Viseart The Downtown Eyeshadow Palette

After all these years of trying, testing & reviewing hundreds and hundreds of beauty products, I have just now come around to Viseart and I have totally been missing out! Viseart is one of the most relied on brands when it comes to pro makeup artistry. What stood out about the brand amongst most others is that their formulas are created in France in small & controlled batches to maintain the highest level of quality and consistency. And the end result truly shows.

Alcone and Viseart teamed up to create this stunning limited edition palette that was inspired by the vibrant spirit of downtown NYC! They selectively curated this color story containing shades from Viseart’s Neutral Mattes, Coy, Dark Mattes and Cashmere Theory palettes. Although I typically stick to neutral tones, these are bold, bright shadows done beautifully. The mattes are incredibly pigmented and smooth while the shimmers are dense & creamy and take very minimal product for intense results. Also worth noting; this palette is free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, silicone oil, petrochemicals and is cruelty-free.

I have paired down my makeup collection to keeping only products I absolutely love and The Downtown Palette has replaced every single one of my colorful palettes. This has everything I need to create a really pretty, colorful, fun look and the actual palette size is perfect for storing away or for carrying along in your makeup kit. Now I see why Viseart has reigned a “cult-status” and is a tried & true company for makeup artists. A+, I highly recommend!
