Nespresso VertuoLine + 2 Coffee Recipes

Nespresso has delivered breakthrough coffee technology for decades and the VertuoLine machine is definitely no exception. I’ve used everything from a Gaggia espresso machine, a Keurig single serve brewer to a french press, and this is  BY FAR the best, most versatile, easiest to use machine on the market. They have a huge variety of different “Grand Cru” coffee blends that offer beautiful crema every single brew. It’s beautifully designed and makes your average cup of “at home” coffee feel gourmet. Can you tell I’m obsessed? I’m sharing two of Nespresso’s signature drinks (both hot & iced) using their new Caramelizio blend. Try them out, you’ll probably become as addicted as I am! 😉

– 2 oz milk

– 1 tsp sweet ground chocolate and cocoa

– 1 tbs chocolate syrup

– 1 capsule of Caramelizio blend

– in a small saucepan, combine milk with chocolate and heat. Or use the Aeroccino & simply combine the milk & cocoa in device and froth on cappuccino setting

– add syrup and sugar into VertuoLine cup

– pour heated cocoa milk into cup and stir to combine

– brew one capsule of Caramelizio into the cup

– stir and enjoy!

– 1 cup pineapple juice or pineapple soda

– 1/2 oz coconut syrup

– 1 capsule Caramelizio blend

– pour pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze for several hours or overnight

– brew coffee in separate glass

– add coffee to a cocktail shaker with plain ice cubes and shake to chill

– pour 1/2 oz coconut syrup & 3 pineapple ice cubes into glass

– strain chilled coffee over flavored ice cubes into the glass

– stir & enjoy! 🙂
