LORAC Holiday 2016 Limited Edition Collection

Out of all the limited edition holiday beauty products coming out this year – I am the most excited & the most impressed with the LORAC collection.

As you already know Lorac recently released their 3rd edition to the Mega Pro Palette collection, the limited edition version of their cult favorite Pro palette. It one comes beautifully packaged in a super slim, white palette with the rose gold Lorac emblem and generously sized mirror inside. The Mega Pro 3 contains 32 shadows total, 16 matte and 16 shimmer. The color range contains cool tones, warm tones, neutrals and deeper shades, AKA you’re new go-to palette no matter what eyeshadow look you’re trying to achieve.

The 3 Lorac palettes that I own are my absolute favorite shadows and the color varieties are gorgeous and formula is second to none. As someone with sensitive eyes, I really appreciate LORAC’s formula. Their shadows have a really smooth, soft, velvety/buttery texture and are not dry or chalky at all. The colors are highly pigmented and very blendable and fool-proof for beginners or MUA’s a-like. Can you tell I’m obsessed? If you already own the other Pro palettes, you’ll be happy to know that there are only 2 repeat and rest are brand new specifically for this palette.

This palette has SO many beautiful shades, I’ve swatched a few of my most used, favorites pictured above. Take note of the colors Rose Quartz and Cider, they’re absolutely stunning and gorgeous warm-toned colors for fall. Most of the colors are flattering for any eye color, so there’s definitely something for everyone. This palette is totally worth the splurge. It’s packed with shades you will use every day in the best, easiest to work with eye shadow formula you can find.

The Cue the Confetti Highligher & Blush Platte with Brush is another hit & tremendous value. It contains 4 beautiful colors and a nice rose gold brush. Who else loves their Rose Gold theme?!

The colors included:
Spotlight >> highlighter
Tinge >> blush
Technicolor >> blush
Vivid >> blush

The formula is soft & finely milled and offers great pigmentation. The color Tinge is my favorite, it’s a beautiful, subtle, “nude” shade that is suitable for everyday wear…(hellllllo office life). I love that it contains the perfect combination of different colors for different occasions, and every color is buildable and more importantly wearable, which can sometimes be a hit or miss when it comes to blushes.

The best value you will find this year for a lip gloss holiday set is the Happy Hour Hues set. It contains 6 FULL SIZE limited edition shades that range from nude to deep red.

Shades included:
Angel >> nude with gold shimmer
Beauty Queen >> rose pink
Ballerina >> bubblegum pink
Connoisseur >> rose brown
Celebrity >> brick red
Provocateur >> black cherry

I LOVE the formula. Each shade has great color payoff and doesn’t leave a sticky, uncomfortable feeling. There’s a color for every look in this set and the value makes this 100% worth the purchase!

Mega Pro 3 Palette – $59 (double the amount of shadows from the Pro palette for $15 more)
