While I love picking up a good cup of coffee each morning, it’s so much more affordable and consistent in quality to make it at home yourself. I’ve attempted on many occasions to cut the calories and just drink my coffee black, and that just isn’t happening anytime soon over here! I’ve been playing around with a few recipes using my Nespresso Solelio & Elvazio grand crus. When combined with milk the coffee has a rich, creamy caramel finish that works wonders in this Snickerdoodle iced coffee recipe. And really, who can’t appreciate a good cup of coffee, iced or not?!Ingredients:
– 8 oz of chilled freshly brewed coffee
– 4 oz of vanilla coffee creamer
– 1 tsp of cinnamon coffee creamer
– ¼ tsp of cinnamon
– A handful of ice
– Cinnamon/sugar mixture for garnish if you’re feeling fancy
