HoMedics Perfect Touch Masseuse – Customizable Massage Cushion

The last two weeks have been absolutely crazy in this house. After getting through the first round of colds, an awful stomach virus spread through my house like wild fire. We haven’t even completed the first full week of fall and the sicknesses are already rolling in. The joys of having kids in the school system, right?!

Anyway, on top of feeling incredibly ill and tired, I carry a lot of stress and pain in my lower back. I don’t know why, but it’s always been that way, and I’ve managed to find ways to cope with it throughout the years. While going to get a professional massage at a spa sounds absolutely amazing, it’s hard to find the time and it can be costly. SO – I did a little research and found the next best thing.. the HoMedics Perfect Touch Masseuse. I’m a big advocate for self care & wellness and what better way to achieve it than to create your own spa right at home. It’s just so much easier and is a way to ensure you don’t put off giving yourself the much needed down time.

This is the Rolls Royce of back massagers. It delivers full back massages in addition to deep neck and shoulder massages with my favorite feature; heat! If you’re looking for more than what the programmed controller offers, this has a mobile app that allows you to create your own personal massage program. Fancy, right?! I for one, am not that picky, I always set my massage the same exact way every time; shiatsu, lower back with heat + heated seat. My husband is way more tech savvy (not that the app is complicated at all!) and uses this cushion to its full potential every time, but I like to keep it simple and straight to the point.

Yes, it’s expensive – but the average cost of one massage at a spa can be upwards of $80+, so if you’re someone who frequents the spa you will get your moneys worth very quickly. This is one of many products I own from HoMedics, and they haven’t let me down yet. Adios back pain!
