Just a few days away from Spring (yay!!!) and we are starting to notice the change in season here in Tennessee. With the warmer weather and flowers blooming comes the dreaded allergy season. So breathing clean, fresh air is an absolute necessity for being able to function daily. Whether it be an allergy to pollen, mold, pet dander, smoke, dust, or any other inhaled particles, an air purifier can provide imperative relief needed for us allergy sufferers.
After experiencing a really bad sinus infection a few weeks ago I was on a mission to find something that will defeat my allergy symptoms. After a quick google search I came across the PURE Company Portable Air Purifier. It was created specifically for an on-the-go lifestyle, is super lightweight and quiet, maintenance-free (filter-less ionization air purification), and features a much appreciated aromatherapy option. Keeping the air clean at home (or on your travels) can be a challenge. Simply plug this in and add a few drops of essential oils on the aromatherapy pad, and it begins cleaning the air while diffusing your favorite fragrance. And, although it’s usefulness can’t be seen, I can say that I have noticed a difference.
In addition to using an air purifier, some of my most used all-natural allergy fighting remedies are: local raw honey, diffusing eucalyptus oil, vacuuming constantly, nasal sprays, drinking tons of tea and using natural home cleaners. Any allergy relief advice? Send it my way!
